Marstone was the first to engineer an aluminum finish that flawlessly emulates the natural warmth and texture of wood. This proprietary, in-house process begins with precision etching of authentic wood grain, followed by a base powder coat, hand-applied multi-layered paintwork, and meticulous hand-finishing to achieve a lifelike, flawless aesthetic. A defining hallmark of our tables and seating is our signature tapered tubing craftsmanship, an intricate, in-house manufacturing technique that shapes premium aluminum into sleek square, rectangular, or rounded profiles. Welding

Welding is a critical step when creating aluminum outdoor furniture. We have forty welders who use both carbon dioxide and argon arc welding processes to create the pieces. The heavier parts are welded with Panasonic's Auto welding machines, which are imported from Japan.

Buffing

Our furniture is smoothed through a buffing process, which is done by hand. This process is labor-intensive and timely, but ensures each piece is finished to perfection.

Sewing

The cushions are sewn by professionals who must obtain over five years of experience. This elaborate process provides high-quality and comfortable cushions for each of our outdoor sets.

Painting

Our hand brushing technique, which is used to paint our furniture, creates a colorful, cozy, and inviting piece.

Weaving

Marstone has had professional wicker weaving teams since 1998, and many of these individuals have over 20 years of experience at our factory. We can weave any pattern a customer may require using the Wintect and Argos high quality wicker.

Perfect metal furniture design is rely on good machine. As we have imported two set of CNC laser cutting machine, we can cut all shapes of aluminum and steel plate according to AutoCAD drawings. Further, these fast perfect laser cutting machine can quickly cut out a unique design according to customer requirements, which can cut the aluminum plate from 0.5mm to 25mm thickness for our product.

The Auto welding machine was imported from Panasonic of Japan for some heavy welding furniture. As its welding speed is 4 to 7 times quicker than welding workers, which can accelerate our welding process greatly when we received a large order quantity for our buyers.

The textiline Stretch machine make by our own engineer. As we created a unique textiline chaise lounge, we build up this special machine to stretch the chaise seat. The heavy duty stretch machine help us to build a unique chaise for top high-end USA buyer.

The Plasma cutting machine mainly help us for heavy steel plate cutting. We can cut 20 mm steel plate into any design shape smoothly. Without such good and expensive machine, we could not make the special and unique product to our abroad buyer.

In order to provide our buyers a good quality paper box, we must test every log of paper box by this instrument for quality testing. We normally proved 250 to 300 burst strength paper box to our product which can ensure the packing quality.
